RETURN POLICY

Free return within 7days after delivery for those in port Harcourt and 10 days for those outside the state.
ITEMS NOT Eligible for Returns:
1. If what you ordered is different from what you got.
2. If your size/ colour of footwear is not what you are given.
3. If you discover that the item given to you is made with expired material.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Send a complaint
include pictures of the product that was delivered to helpdesk @Warieluxury.com
2.Return after Authorisation
Once proper enquiry has been made ,you will be informed on how to return the item.
3. Status tracking
You will be issued a waybill number that will help you follow up your complain.
4. RESOLVING YOUR COMPLAIN
Once your goods is received ,all issues will be tackled and a positive response will be granted immediately.
